Shipping & Handling

Shipping is done in 1 to 3 days.  Extended shipping items will be posted in the catalog. Express items are available for an additional charge.  Please contact us at (213) 479-0511.  We make every effort to make sure your order is shipped correctly, however if there is any error in your order please call us and we will do everything we can to correct your order. 

If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it.  Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, contact Sassoe Paws at (213) 479-0511  or email info@sassiepaws.com  then contact UPS at 800-PICK UPS.  Please retain the original shipping cartons as examination by ;UPS inspectors may be necessary.  If a Parcel Post package arrives damaaged, notify us.
